The Siberian Call
It's a different time zone, a different language, and a different culture, but the people of Siberia have the same needs as you and I.
They need food and clothing, warmth and shelter.
They need family and love.
And, just like you and I, their greatest need is for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ!
In the northern wastelands of Russia's far-east are 18 indigenous people groups, each with their own languages and cultures.
They survive against all odds of extreme climate and indifference from within Russia.
These traditional territories make up an area larger than Europe.
It is a land of extreme weather and extreme spiritual need that
calls out for someone to respond.
The Langs: Responding to the Call
Rick and Dianna Lang are veteran missionaries to Russia.
God has uniquely prepared them to take the gospel to Siberia.
Their ministry involves four distinct areas of need.
Evangelization is needed to bring the Gospel to those who have never heard.
Training is required for new converts and future national ministers.
Church development provides the skills for planting sustainable local fellowships.
And loving and ministries of compassion for the poor and sick provide the moral authority that cements the elements together.

A Vision for Siberia
The Lang's envision four goals for the key churches in Siberia.
Each of these Central churches will:
- Train and commission evangelization teams,
- Engage in discipleship training,
- Foster church development, and
- Minister to those in need.
